Do Whyte products have a warranty?
Our jewellery products come with a limited 6 month standard warranty + 12 months plating warranty. While we provide the best quality plating in the industry it is possible that, on rare occasions, the plating might wear off. To extend the life of the plating, we recommend that you follow the care instructions. However, even after following jewellery care instructions, in case you still face issues with plating, you can opt for the Whyte plating warranty.
Please note that the warranty does not cover cases of damage, theft, or any physical damage incurred on account of use. Any manufacturing defects are covered under the 30-day return policy and should be informed within the return window. Physical damage beyond the 30 day return window will not be covered under the warranty.

When and how can I claim the Warranty?
You can claim a warranty under our 6- month limited warranty promise if you face any plating-related or manufacturing issues with the product within a span of 6 months from the product delivery.
I am trying to claim a warranty, but I am unable to. What should I do now?
